Coaching Positions: VDA is currently seeking part-time head and assistant coach positions.
Responsibilities Overview

• 3-4 training sessions per week from early August through the end of the season (June or July)
• Roster management upon approval of director
• Game day preparation, including all paperwork
• Individual Player Development plans and evaluations
• Attend staff meetings

Ideal Qualifications

• USSF "B" License
• Proven coaching experience
• Playing experience at the collegiate and/or professional level
• Shared philosophy with VDA Core Values and Mission

Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional opportunities available for the ideal candidate upon the needs of VDA and/or its partner clubs. Coaches must pass a background check.
