TEAM ONLINE CHECK IN PROCESS AND INFORMATION

Teams must submit a copy of their roster & player cards online in GotSport.  There will be no on-site check-in for the VDA Friendlies.


Online Team Check-in:
All teams are required to complete team check-in online through GotSport by, August 20th.


Required Documents:

  • A copy of your team's State Approved Roster or US Club Approved Roster. ○ Please mark out any players not attending the event and write-in any guest players.
  • A copy of each US Youth Soccer Player Pass or each US Club Players Pass.
  • You must include coach’s cards, manager’s cards, and guest player cards. Permission to Travel (if necessary, through state association)


Special requests (i.e. trial players, players needed to play on multiple teams, etc) should be submitted to the Tournament Director at tournaments@vdasoccer.org. Decisions made by the Tournament Director are Final.

  • Why VDA Friendlies?

    The VDA Friendlies gives clubs & teams the opportunity to have a meaningful, competitive, and high-quality preseason tournament experience.

  • What level of team should apply?

    The VDA Friendlies, in partnership with parent clubs PWSI & VSA offer a variety of levels of play for any teams interested in attending the event. With VDA Boys & Girls ECNL teams committed to attending as a preseason friendly, we offer the opportunity for top-tier clubs to bring their National Programs to the event. With PWSI & VSA committing teams as well there are opportunities for all teams in your club! 

  • What does the VDA Friendlies Cost?

    Teams will play 1 game on Saturday, August 31 & 1 game on Sunday, September 1.
